Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of the software not performing correctly or exhibiting errors or other incompatability issues we are happy to provide customers with details of the technical support team, Tech Support is available 8am to 5pm EST. All software purchased from Apex Web Media carries a 12 month warranty which starts from the date of purchase, if an item of software is deemed not to be functioning correctly a new replacement will be sent out free of charge.
Returning CDs
If you need to return a purchase please contact a customer service representative, and we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund (less shipping costs). All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the box or the package and must be returned via registered mail or courier ( signed for ).
To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that the product must be unopened ( seal must be intact ). All disks, videos, registration cards, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and in like-new condition. Your return must be received by Apex Web Media within 30 days of the invoice date and must have the RMA number marked on the outside of the package. Apex Web Media reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where the product has been opened or viewed. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number so please contact us before sending products back. If you have any questions regarding RMA, please contact us using the details at the foot of this page.
Faulty products are always replaced at no cost to the customer, however Incorrectly ordered products may be subject to a re stocking surcharge, a credit can only be issued for the value of the product, shipping can not be refunded for products that have been incorrectly ordered.
Charges and Currency
Customers in the USA – UK are charged in their local currency, customers in Europe and other regions pricing is in UK pounds with the exception of customers in Australia, New Zealand and other areas in the Pacific Basin where a conversion rate is carried out based on daily exchange rates between the Australian Dollar and the UK Pound, payment is taken in UK pounds. Under certain conditions some banks / credit card compaines may issue a small charge if payment is considered by them to be international, this charge should be taken up with your bank / credit card company since we have no control over your bank / credit card charges.
Non- Delivery of items - Order Shortages - Damaged Items
The buyer must inform us of non- delivery of goods / shortages / damaged items or incorrectly packed items within a 7 day period from date of order.
