If you' need to return a purchase please contact a customer service representative, and we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund (less shipping costs). All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the box or the package will not be accepted and must be returned via registered mail or courier ( signed for ).
To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that the product must be unopened ( seal must be intact ). All disks, videos, registration cards, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and in like-new condition. Your return must be received by Apex Web Media within 30 days of the invoice date and must have the RMA number marked on the outside of the package. Apex Web Media reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where the product has been opened or viewed.
we CANNOT accept returns without an RMA number so please contact us before sending products back. If you have any questions regarding RMA, please contact us using the details at the foot of this page.
Faulty products are always replaced at no cost to the customer, however Incorrectly ordered products may be subject to a re stocking surcharge, and a credit can only be issued for the value of the product, shipping can not be refunded for products that have been incorrectly ordered.
